Q: I am shipping a 2006 Porsche 911 to the UK. What do I physically need changed to pass the SVA, and who does it

A: You failed to mention where you are bringing the car in from. therefore its difficult to tell you what will need changing. Could be tyres, headlight allignment will need doing for certain. with the Porsche being a European car it should be pretty much ready for our roads especially if ita right hand drive. Depending on which dock its coming in at there are plenty of firms who will sort you out on the SVA, dont forget the paperwork, (very important) VAT etc and allow time for registering the car in the UK with a date related plate. Good luck

Q: Which one to lease? Used 2006 Porsche 911 C4 Auto (10T kms) or New BMW 335i Hardtop Convertible? $30k differ?
Used Porsche priced at $100k while Brand New BMW priced at $75K. Porsche is in immaculate condition and very clean Carfax. Used Porsche price when brand new was $132k...a price drop of $32k after only one year...thus huge savings from first owner depreciation.

A: I love my BMW convertible! Really fun to drive, mechanically sound and looks great. I will buy another when the time comes.

Q: Can you pls give me the price of 2006 Porsche 911 Carrera. Thanks.?

A: be ready to spend around $80,000 Us Dlls

Q: Will 8.5" x 19" or 9.5 x 19" Lowenhart LD1 rims fit a 2006 porsche 911?
(2) 8.5" x 19" and (2) 9.5" x 19" Lowenhart Rims

A: It all should work but I'd go with 19X10 or 19X11 in the rear the front will work out great if you're running on a 235/35/ZR19 but with the rear you should be looking the 10" wide rear rim, with that much power you need something with a little bigger contact patch to the ground, Should you go with 10" or 11" wide rear rim go with 295/30/ZR19 or 305/30/ZR19

Q: Taillights for a 2006 911 Carrera 4s?
Will these taillights fit my '06? http://www.porsche.com/usa/accessoriesandservices/personalisation/tequipment/911-997/exterior/?focus=redtaillight-usa-911-997-exterior&hideintro=true I'm in Hamilton, Ontario and nobody up here can give me a yes, no or an educated guess for that matter if they will fit. Thanks!

A: Yes, they will. all 997 Tequipment gear will fit on all 997 cars I believe. Porsche designs it this way on purpose.

Q: Car people: If you had $100,000 to spend on cars, what would you buy?
Rules: No used cars, no discounts or dealer incentives. You have to pay full sticker (website) price. You don't have to pay for options (you pay the base price only), but you have to pay for the engine/trim level you want. For example, if you want the Hemi, you have to get the Chrysler 300C for $34,400; you can't just pay $24,450 for the base 300. 10 points for the best choices. Mine: 2006 Porsche 911 Carrera $71,300 2007 Toyota Camry XLE V6 $27,520 (total: $98,820)

A: I would choose a Volkswagon Jetta TDI (diesel) which get's an astounding 42 mpg, and comes in at $23,020 for commuting and banging around...and since I'm a construction worker by trade...the GMC 3500 HD crew cab SLT with an Isuzu Duramax diesel engine, the 4 wheel drive package, and the dual rear wheel package, coupled with the 373 gear ratio, giving this bad boy the ability to get 20+ mpg, along with the slt trim equipped with onstar, which includes heated leather electric seats with memory, xm radio standard, and full trim inside and out. giving this truck a price tag of $44,615 ...now, has me up to $67,635...so for a toy vehicle, I'd choose the Pontiac GTO, with the 6.0L LS2 engine pushing 400 hp, and with a sticker price of $32,290 at most web sites...giving me a grand total of $99,925

Q: Which Car Would YOU Choose?
Which of these would be the best first car? -2000 Porsche 911 -2006 Porsche Boxster -2007 BMW 328/335 Coupe -2007 BMW 3 Series Sedan -2007 Nissan 350z -2007 Pontiac Solstice -2007 Saturn Sky -2006 Mercedes CLK -2007 Lexus IS We own the Porsche already, but Im aloud to trade it in plus $10k on what I want or if I buy a cheaper car I can buy upgrades. Anyway, what do you think? Also, if you can think of any other good cars under $45k, list them. Thanks!

A: I love the 2007 Nissan 350Z! (in black or silver) It's so cool!

Q: Cars!!! Which one to choose?
I'm thinking of getting either of these vehicles.... Which one would be best. 2006 BMW Z4, PORSCHE 911 turbo, 2007 NISSAN 350Z Can anyone tell me if you had experience with these vehicles. Pros and Cons Please

A: z4 isnt even the best bmw, get the m3 or z8 or soon to be z9, the porsche 911 turbo is probably one of the nicest cars on the market, why would you even think about a nissan in that category, at least get the infinity g35 for that if you are willing to spend that much.

Q: Would you buy the Electric Mini ??
This newly unveiled electric Mini has an output 640 horsepower and top speed of 150 mph. The car uses a small gasoline engine with four 160 horsepower electric motors on each wheel. It can out accelerate a Porsche 911 Carrera. http://www.treehugger.com/files/2006/08/the_hybrid_mini.php

A: No........
